For our customer\u00a0Allego GmbH<\/a>a leading provider of charging solutions for electric vehicles, we have developed a compact Transformer station (order now)<\/a> planned, built and delivered. The customised station supports an electric car charging station with four charging points and enables the simultaneous charging of eight vehicles. The site is located on a REWE car park in Paderborn<\/a>a technologically important city in North Rhine-Westphalia.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For the project in Paderborn, we installed a compact station specially developed for the transformer station, which we designed and built, in the REWE car park. This system ensures the uninterrupted supply of power to the four charging columns of the e-car charging station and the simultaneous charging of eight electric cars. In order to fulfil our customer's requirements, the station was tailored precisely to the project and manufactured according to the latest technical standards.<\/p>

The Transformer station<\/a> with the designation FE01WF2020HK.AL<\/b> impresses with its robust construction and an aesthetic outer shell in pure white. The doors, stripes and roof are finished in RAL 7016 anthracite grey, allowing the station to blend harmoniously into the surroundings of the car park. The colour selection was made specifically to ensure not only a modern look, but also long-lasting weather resistance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Inside the station is an oil transformer with a rated output of 1000 kVA<\/strong> for use. The transformer is switchable and ensures efficient conversion between 400 volts low voltage and 1020 kV medium voltage. This technical flexibility makes the system ideal for use in the field of electromobility, as it ensures a reliable power supply for the charging stations.<\/span><\/p>

The station is also equipped with advanced protection and control technology. The Symap Compact+F3 protective relay monitors the system and ensures that it operates reliably even under high loads. The measuring cell is configured according to the grid operator's specifications, with the current transformer arranged in \"current before voltage\" mode to ensure precise recording of the current flows. The integrated low-voltage switch NS1600 N 3P (400V\/1600A) ensures stable current distribution and protects the system from overloads. All components of the transformer station were precisely matched to each other and fulfil all applicable standards, which guarantees the smooth and safe operation of the system. The entire project took just 25 weeks, from planning to delivery.<\/p>

In addition to its excellent accessibility, the site also has excellent infrastructural connections. The power supply is provided by the regional grid operator\u00a0Westfalen Weser Netz GmbH<\/a>\u00a0which is known in the region for its reliable and stable power supply. Thanks to the connection to the control area of\u00a0TenneT TSO GmbH<\/a>one of the largest transmission system operators in Europe, the electricity supply is secured even in times of high demand.<\/p>
