The demands on the power supply for e-mobility solutions are constantly increasing. Reliable and fast delivery of transformer stations is crucial. On 12 July, we received an urgent enquiry: due to considerable delays in delivery from the original manufacturer, the customer needed a compact transformer station at short notice for the car park of a supermarket in L\u00f6hne, our neighbouring town. Thanks to our extensive stock and flexible processes, we were able to act immediately.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

After a quick check, it was clear that a suitable transformer was available at short notice. We already had all the other components in stock. Our good contacts with the local grid operator, Westfalen Weser Netz GmbH (WWN), enabled us to press ahead with the project immediately.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Mathias Lehn was already at work in the factory on the Saturday following receipt of the down payment invoice. He drew up all the necessary documents, including circuit diagrams, E-sheets and documentation, and submitted them to WWN GmbH. Our expertise and understanding of the grid operator's requirements ensured that the circuit diagrams were approved quickly.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Despite the holiday period and the associated difficulties in procuring the converters provided by the grid operator, the construction of the station was completed on schedule. When the converters finally arrived, the station was almost finished.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In mid-September, the station was placed in the prepared excavation pit in the Marktkauf car park. All details regarding the ground conditions were clarified in advance. Only eight weeks passed between the receipt of the down payment invoice and the final installation of the station - despite unexpected events and holiday periods.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
