We were particularly pleased with the interest shown in our special offer for Intersolar: the park's own transformer station with 3150 kVA at the special price of €115,000 plus VAT. This offer met with great interest and we are delighted with the positive feedback we received.

This summer is high season
in the PV market

For the first time, up to 50 MWp of PV capacity per project may be submitted in the ground-mounted segment on 1 July. In addition, there are two significantly oversubscribed tenders from the spring, the outstanding results of the June tender and the last calendar year with the 1,000 kWp limit. So things have to be tightened up. And it needs transformer stations.

In keeping with this, Faber Solartechnik GmbH and Faber E-Tec GmbH will be presenting proven services and new German-made products for use in large solar parks at Intersolar 2024 under the motto "Your All-In-One EPC": a concrete station with 3,150 kVA transformer capacity and a container station with up to 7,200 kVA transformer capacity.

Turnkey built

As a general contractor for rooftop and ground-mounted photovoltaics, Faber Solartechnik has been installing tens of thousands of modules across Germany every year for several years. Together with its sister company Faber E-Tec, the group of companies can offer not only module installation but also the complete medium-voltage connection from a single source. This means that projects can actually be realised as a whole.

Revolutionary 3,150 kVA station

Compact and powerful

The 3,150 kVA station is specially designed for use in IT systems and is equipped with an insulation monitoring device. It has a 3,150 KVA transformer compliant with Ecodesign Directive Level 2 and a completely redesigned low-voltage side for connecting the inverters. The revolutionary design dispenses with classic NH fuse switch-disconnectors with their fuses and instead relies on intelligent thermomagnetic circuit-breakers.

New container station for large solar parks

Maximum performance for everyone Park

The newly developed container station supplies large solar parks with an output of up to 7,200 kVA. It offers easy handling and comprehensive digital evaluation of all inverters as well as all necessary current and voltage values, temperatures and humidity measurements, making it the ideal cost-efficient in-farm transformer station for larger solar parks.
